Kookaburra Park 10 years after the floods

10 years after being almost completely destroyed in the 2011 Brisbane Floods, Kookaburra park at Karana Downs is looking great!

As part of an extensive renewal program by Brisbane City Council, we're helping water 1000's of plants and ground-covers along the foreshore. Many of which are natural varieties such as Melalucas, Cassias and Casuranrina trees, which have been carefully selected for their flood resistance capabilities.
