Leadership Team in Training Lockdown... and Still Smiling

Personality profiling is rarely a light subject, but clearly the leadership team at H2flow Hire found something to smile about! 

Many thanks to Steve Ford from Ford HR who put together an enjoyable and enlightening training program using the renowned DiSC® personal assessment model.

The DiSC® model (created by psychologist, William Moulton Marston in the 1920s) is a great way to assess an individual’s behavioural tendencies and preferences and then determine, for example, how best that individual may work with the other team members.

Working with Steve Ford and the DiSC® model provided a common language that our team used to better understand ourselves and the people we interact with at a management level and throughout the business. The greater awareness of ourselves and those around us helps to reduce conflict and improve working relationships.

Training and development is a core focus of H2flow Hire’s values, and it all starts with our management team. Improved teamwork + greater communication = a happy and productive workplace!
