In-field Servicing

When you hire heavy equipment, you want peace of mind that you will have support if something goes wrong.

That’s why we offer in-field servicing on all trucks and trailers on long-term hire. On these projects, we’ll arrange for our qualified mobile mechanics, such as Shaun Ehrich, to come to your site to conduct regular services based on our planned servicing schedule.

What about breakdowns? We also provide 24/7 phone support and will send mobile mechanics out to your site the same day if required. Plus, if the truck or trailer is not repairable in the field, we will swap out the equipment straight away.
